For calling 911 to go get help when help is needed but lightning is dangerously close should I send the child out if I myself and noone else can, will go out?
Both staying inside, going outside for help can be dangerous not sure but maybe even illegal.
What would be best for this scenario?
Example of a needed 911 armed burglars got me and others tied up except one child is fortunate enough to get out of restraints and may be able to call 911 if he (or she) gets outdoors.
